Dad Ops Bot is a private, personal SMS notification system that delivers reminders, alerts, calendar summaries, and operational updates to a designated phone number. This is not a commercial service, subscription product, or marketing program.
Message frequency varies based on activity. Messages are sent only when there is relevant information to deliver, such as a calendar reminder, a system alert, or a weekly digest. There is no fixed sending schedule. Periods of high activity may result in multiple messages per day; quiet periods may result in none.

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent to your number. This opt-out is permanent until you explicitly re-opt in.
